Gardai Investigating Gruesome Cork Murder Issue Witnesses Appeal
The body of 64 year old Francis Dunne was discovered at a derelict house on the Boreenmanna Road
The man's partially dismembered body was found in the garden of a derelict house on the Boreenmana Road in the city on Saturday afternoon at around 4pm
The body was formally identified last night following a postmortem examination and family members are being contacted
The dead man has been named locally as Francis "Frankie" Dunne, who was originally from the northside of Cork City
Gardai are urging anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in the area in recent days to come forward.
