Gardaí Release 77 Year Old Man After Questioning Him Over Aidan O'Driscoll Murder

Gardai are to prepare a file for the DPP after last night releasing without charge a 77-year-old man arrested for questioning about the murder of former Real IRA Chief of Staff, Aidan O'Driscoll in Blackpool.

The man, who was arrested at a rented house in Blarney on Wednesday morning, was released just before midnight last night by gardai who had been questioning him at Togher Garda Station.
