Gardaí Treating The Death Of A Man In His 70s In Leap As A Fatal Farming Accident
The man was discovered unresponsive and injured in a farm shed at around 1:30pm yesterday.
Gardaí and the National Ambulance Service attended the scene however the man was pronounced dead a short time later.
His body was taken to Cork University Hospital where a postmortem is due to be carried out.
The local coroner and HSA have been notified.
It's understood the man had been attending to livestock at the time of the accident.
