Gay Employees Afraid To Disclose Their Sexuality
Almost half of all gay and lesbian employees have never disclosed their sexuality to their co-workers - because of bad experiences in the past. That's according to the Gay and Lesbian Equality Network - which is launching a Careers Directory for LGBT graduates. GLEN says it's up to companies to show they're "progressive and inclusive"and are workplaces where they will allow their workers to thrive and succeed.
