"Hear from Her" event comes to Cork to celebrate International Women’s Day

One of Cork's newest businesses is bringing its annual "Hear from Her" event to Cork this evening to celebrate International Women’s Day.
The event, which is the brain child of Flexible workspace provider Glandore, will discuss the theme of "Balance for Better" and will look at ways of achieving gender balance and also balance from a wellness perspective
Among the speakers at the event are Gillian Keating of Ronan Daly Jermyn, Ciara Crossan of WeddingDates.ie and also Sarah Abott of The People Practice.
It comes as a new survey finds four out of five women believes the glass ceiling still exists in the workplace.
Glandore is a female-led family business and Director Clare Kelly told RedFM News that one of the aims of the event is to showcase the supports that are there:
Laura O’Connell of the Cork Entrepreneurs Network is co-hosting the event and she told RedFM News that discussing balance at events like "Hear from Her" is vital:
