House Prices Increase in First Three Months of the Year

House prices have increased by over 5% in the first three months of the year.
The latest survey by MyHome.ie suggests that we could be facing double digit inflation by the end of the year.
A home will now set you back an average of nearly 240-thousand euro - an increase of 12,000 on the last quarter.
The property website says people selling their homes are expecting higher prices and are getting them.
