This is the Housing Action Group's second 24 hour protest and they're demanding that the Government establishes a National Emergency Housing Commmitee.
The protest follows a number of deaths on the streets of Cork City in recent months. At the end of last year Jennifer Dennehy was found dead in a tent at Gilabbey park and just three months later Kathleen O'Sullivan was found in a doorway on Anderson's Quay
