Housing charity says it prevented homelessness for up to 10,000 people
Threshold says the figure represents the number of people prevented from homelessness between between 2014 and 2016.
The charity says it received over 71 thousand calls last year - a third of which related to landlords selling the property.
CEO of Threshold John Mark McCafferty says its Tenancy Protection Service is vital.
