HSE Say Plans Are In Place For Service Users Across Cork & Kerry

The HSE say they are working with key agencies across Cork in the wake of Storm Brian.

They say they are in constant contact with Gardaí and Local Authorities in order to monitor any challenges for vulnerable people using their community services across the Cork and Kerry Region.

The HSE say they are aware of the potential impact of possible localised and coastal flooding on those who may need medical help or assistance over the next 24 hours, and appropriate interventions have been put in place.

They are urging the public to check in on any elderly neighbours in rural areas who may need to have prescriptions filled before the weekend.
