Ian Bailey to take civil case against the state
A civil case against the state is due to get under way in the High Court next Tuesday which is set to make legal history in Ireland. The case is being taken by Ian Bailey who was a suspect in the murder investigation of Sophie Toscan du Plantier who was found dead outside .her home in Schull in December of 1996.
