Inquest Into Death Of Slovakian National In Fermoy Adjourned

The Inquest into the death of a Slovakian national in Fermoy earlier this year has been adjourned pending directions from the DPP.
Ludovit Pasztor was fatally assaulted at the back of the Amber Oil Filling Station in Fermoy on the 21st of February 2017.
The inquest heard the father of two died at the scene from a traumatic brain injury.
Two men were arrested at the scene but were later released without charge.
Gardai say they are hoping forensic tests on an iron bar recovered at the scene will help them in their investigations as well as CCTV footage from the garage at the time of the assault.
