International Workplace Group, the world's largest operator of flexible office space has opened a new SPACES location with state-of-the-art facilities, at the new €160m Horgan's Quay development in the city..
SPACES features 38,000 sq ft of office space, across three floors at No1 Horgan's Quay and will have capacity to accommodate up to 450 people.
The company offers flexible working solutions for co-working, remote working, and hybrid workers in private or shared offices, as well as a business lounge, meeting rooms and event space for hire.
Highlights at SPACES in No1 Horgan's Quay include a prime riverfront location with stunning views of the river Lee, private office space; Members' Club; an events room and coffee docks ideal for breaktime networking.
