Investigation underway into the cause of a major fire in Mallow
The blaze broke out at the Roundabout Inn yesterday afternoon
Emergency services responded to the call at around 5:15pm.
The fire caused major traffic delays in the area and visibility was poor for motorists as clouds of smoke spread across the town.
3 units of the county fire service from Mallow, Kanturk, and Charleville got the the blaze under control at 11:30pm.
An examination of the scene has been carried out and Gardai are continuing to investigate the cause of the fire.
