Irish Olympians return home today

Most of Ireland’s Olympians are due to touch down at Dublin airport this evening

Ireland's silver medalist rowers Gary and Paul O'Donovan are due home at the weekend with a homecoming planned in Skibbereen on Monday and the County Mayor is hosting a civic reception for them next Wednesday..

The return of the athletes comes as investigations continue into the OCI’s alleged involvement in what police in Rio believe was a ticket touting operation.
