ITAA calls for Investigation into Holiday Company

The Irish Travel Agents Association is calling for an investigation to be launched into Low Cost Holidays after the firm abruptly shut down their operations on Friday when they ran out of money.
The move has left thousands of people in limbo and face paying on the double for their accommodation..
Anyone who booked through lowcostholidays.com, the UK section of the firm, will have to apply through the Spanish Government to get their money back - however there's a more positive outcome for listeners who booked with lowcostholidays.ie
Pat Dawson of the ITAA says the majority of Irish people who booked their flights and accommodation with the firm ,booked through lowcostholidys.ie and they're covered by an insurance bond.
Speaking on the Neil Prendeville Show on Cork's RedFM Pat Dawson explains what steps they need to take.
