ITV Has Asked For More Time To Report Back To The Media Regulator About The Jeremy Kyle Show

MP's heard that the broadcaster hadn't responded within five working days

In the UK, ITV has asked for more time to report back to the media regulator about The Jeremy Kyle Show - following the death of a guest after filming.

Ofcom's chief executive Sharon White's told a committee of MPs that the broadcaster hadn't responded within five working days, as requested.

She also set-out the kind of things a wider review into the treatment of people on reality TV would be looking at.
