Joanne O'Riordan hits the big screen
A film on Joanne O'Riordan's life will have a special preview screening in the city tonight. The Millstreet teenager who was born without arms or legs is only one of seven people in the world with Total Amelia. The documentary will show how Joanne copes on a daily basis with her condition and it will also feature her landmark speech to the United Nations - about how technology has changed her life. Tonights screening will take place at MahonPoint Omniplex from 7.30pm and the movie will be on general release across Cork from the 11th of April. Speaking on Dave Mac's Drive, Joanne tells us what we can expect from the project: Click the PLAY button above to hear.
