Junior doctors strike on September 25th
Junior doctors will hold a one day national strike on September 25th. Following a meeting this afternoon, the IMO announced that each week from the week beginning September 30th, a strike will also be called in at least one hospital in each region in the country. The HSE has been served notice of the action in a dispute over working hours. The IMO's Assistant Director of Industrial Relations is Eric Young: (Click above for audio)
