Kino re-opens tonight
The Kino is re-opening tonight. A group of friends - aged 17 to 24 - have taken over the former art-house cinema and turned it into an all purpose venue for all ages. The new entertainment centre will feature live music shows, theatre productions and film screenings. Dave Calnan - who's just finished fifth year in school - has been running gigs for years. He's been speaking to Cork's RedFM about how their dream turned into a reality:
