A report from property website Daft.ie reveals that Kinsale is the most expensive area in Munster to buy a house with the average house in the area now selling at €309,000
Sandycove in south Dublin is the priciest location in the country with houses, on average, making nearly €800,0000
Kinvara in Galway tops the rich list in Connacht, and in Ulster it's Virginia in county Cavan.
