Kinsale Is The Most Expensive Place In Cork To Buy A House
That's according to the latest figures from the CSO
The average home in Kinsale costs 335,000 euro.
That's closely followed by Ballincollig, with houses costing an average 332,000 euro.
A purchase in the soutside of the City typically costs around 290,000.
While homes in the northside cost on average 65,000 euro cheaper, at 225,000.
In general, housing prices in the South-West Cork & Kerry region have risen by 5.8% in the past year.
