Labour Leader Brendan Howlin Says Yesterday's Vote To Delay Brexit Still Doesn't Bring Clarity

Boris Johnson has sent a letter to EU leaders asking for a delay to the Brexit deadline

However, he has also told them he doesn't want one. 

The British Prime Minister said he would not negotiate a Brexit delay with the EU, after MPs voted in favour of an extension by a majority of 16.
