Lack Of Specialist Intensive Care Staff And Equipment Is Putting Lives At Risk

That's according to the Irish Hospital Consultants Association which says health care recommendations from ten years ago have been ignored.

The IHCA says hospitals have less intensive care beds than in 2009 and less than half the number of intensive care consultants needed.
