Lack of supply blamed for rent hikes in Cork

Lack of supply is one of the main reasons for the rise in rents across Cork. That is according to the author of the most recent Daft.ie report which shows that a 7% increase in both the city and county. Less than 150 units are available for rent in Cork this month,  a figure which stood at approximately 500 in 2013.
