Leaving And Junior Cert Exams Begin Today
This year's Leaving and Junior cert exams kick off today. Students are tackling English Paper 1 this morning. Over 13,000 students across Cork will sit the exams this year. Nationally, more than 53 thousand students will sit the Leaving Cert while more than 60 thousand will sit the Junior Cert. There are nearly 90 subjects being examined in 15 different languages including Czech, Latvian and Polish.
