LISTEN BACK: Lyndsey speaks to Neil after man scammed her grandfather out of €1,200
Yesterday we spoke to Rita who has an 87 year old aunt who is visually impaired, living alone and is being targeted by someone who Rita calls a “local scumbag”.
He kept calling on her elderly aunt demanding money.
Lyndsey contacted the show saying "He tried to scam my granda out of €1200 for a job we eventually paid €400 for. How anyone could be so bloody heartless is beyond me. I hope you catch the little rat and I hope he gets a good hiding."
