London Gatwick Airport To Introduce Limited Number Of Flights After Drone Incident

London Gatwick Airport says it's working to "introduce a limited number of flights over the coming hours".

It remains closed this morning after more sightings of a drone near the runway last night.

 

The airport's been shut since Wednesday night - leaving over 120,000 passengers stranded.

 

Police who are looking for the device say shooting it down could now be an option.

 

Chief operating officer at Gatwick, Chris Woodroofe, says the airport won't fully reopen until it's safe to do so:
