Major police operation in Paris as second shooting claims another life

A policewoman's been killed in a second shooting in Paris within two days. She was one of two people shot in the south of the French capital early this morning. It now appears a major police operation's being organised in that area but it has not been confirmed whether it's linked to yesterday's magazine office massacre. A huge manhunt's continuing for the two main suspects responsible for that incident - brothers Cherif and Said Kouachi , who were already known to the security services. Overnight a third man - their brother-in-law - turned himself in. Meanwhile there are also reports of an explosion at a kebab shop near a mosque in eastern France. AUDIO: John Maguire, Head of international relations at France 24, says 7 other relatives of the suspects have been detained. Click the PLAY button above to hear.
