MAJORITY OF INMATES AT CORK PRISON ARE THERE DUE TO NON PAYMENT OF FINES
Up to 60% of inmates in Cork prison are there because the cannot pay fines... The Prison's Visiting Committee has slammed the practice as it only adds to the overcrowding problems, already being encountered at the Rathmore Road facility..
