Man arrested in Youghal in connection with a fatal shooting in Ballyphehane
41 year old Diarmuid Byrne died last month after he sustained a gunshot wound to the head
A 44 year old man is being quizzed about the fatal shooting of a man in his home in Ballyphehane last month.
Detectives arrested the man in the Youghal area at around 8 o'clock this morning and took him to Togher Garda Station for questioning about the death of 41 year old Diarmuid Byrne.
