Man Flu might not be a myth after all. Research at Durham University claims that men really do suffer more with coughs and colds, as they have more temperature receptors in the brain. This causes them to experience the symptoms more acutely than women. When fighting a bug, men run a higher temperature and as a result feel rougher than women.
