Man In His 40's Dies After Getting Into Difficulty While Diving Near Cork Harbour Yesterday
A post mortem examination is due to be conducted later today to establish the exact cause of death
Crosshaven RNLI were alerted and scrambled to the scene just after 4pm yesterday
The man, who had lost consciousness was taken from the water while RNLI staff were preparing to launch the lifeboat.
Paramedics attended to him at the scene and the man was rushed by ambulance to Cork University Hospital where he was later pronounced dead
