Man Remains In Custody Following Assault
He's been remanded in custody after an assault which left a man in a critical condition in a Cork hospital.
30 year old Jonathan O'Driscoll who is originally from Dan Corkery Place in Macroom was charged with assault causing harm
He appeared at Bantry District Court yesterday in relation to the incident
He was refused bail and was remanded in custody to appear in court again on Thursday.
