Meeting over anti-social behaviour by students Leeside
It takes place as UCC's RAG Week is underway.
Residents on Magazine Road are due to meet with representatives from University College Cork today to discuss anti-social behaviour by students.
The meeting comes as UCC's Raise and Give Week is in full swing which residents say is one of the peak times for problems in their area.
They claim they are subjected to noise late at night due to parties, litter thrown along the road as well as drunken students wandering onto the street.
Last October, residents on Magazine Road posted a video on YouTube in a bid to highlight the issue which showed students singing, shouting and kicking rubbish along the road during a late night house party.
Speaking to RedFM News, Liam Ronanye from the Connacht Avenue Residents Association thinks the college need to take action.
