Mental Health Awareness Campaign Launched

A new campaign launched by the Union of Students in Ireland aims to break down the stigma attached to mental health by getting people to talk. A road show will be in CIT today as part of the "Chats for Change" initaitive which will have expert advise and educational stands on display. Vice-president of welfare at CIT students union Ciara O'Connor says financial pressures and alcohol abuse are just some of the issues leading to mental health issues amongst students.
