Met Eireann Lift Orange Alert Wind Warning For Cork
A status Yellow wind and rain warning remains in effect for the City and County from 9am,
Cork is still at risk of flooding, power outages, fallen trees and property damage, however according to the latest update from Met Eireann, the county looks set to avoid winds of up to 130km/h.
Galway, Mayo, Clare, Kerry and Limerick are forecast to be worst impacted, with a status orange warning in effect in those areas from this evening.
