Ministers Who Travel To Korea Will Not Be Representing Government

The Taoiseach says he won't be sending anyone to the airport to stop government ministers who want to travel to North Korea

But Leo Varadkar added that they wouldn't be allowed to do it as official representatives of the government. 

Independent Alliance Ministers John Halligan, Finian McGrath and Shane Ross have asked to embark on a peace-building mission to North Korea.
