Multi-Million Euro Investment In Cork Centre
29 million euro will be pumped into a new centre in Cork which will carry out scientific research into the generation of renewable energy at sea. The investment will create 77 highly skilled jobs. A total of 29 million euro provided by the Government and industry is to be invested into the Marine Renewable Energy Ireland centre at University College Cork. The new centre will support 77 highly skilled jobs at the eight academic institutions involved in the project including UCC and C.I.T
