mytaxi To Invest Nearly €600,000 In Cork

The e-hailing app will open a new office in the city as it expands its services in the county
The company is also to invest in an advertising campaign at Kent Station, a driver recruitment incentive scheme and a marketing push to attract new Cork entrants into the taxi industry.
mytaxi has also been chosen as the official transport partner to the Guinness Cork Jazz Festival.
The firm says in an effort to improve Cork’s taxi supply during the winter months and leading up to the busy Christmas period, they will be investing around €100,000 in financial incentives and bonuses for drivers to join its fleet and take passengers through the app.
