The way has been cleared for the largest office development to be undertaken to date in Cork city centre.
An Bord Pleanala has confirmed the withdrawal of all remaining appeals to the planning permission granted by the City Council to developers O'Callaghan Properties for the development of Navigation Square, at Albert Quay East
Navigation Square is a €90 million project consisting of four separate buildings to be built on a 2.25 acre site
350 construction jobs will be created once work on the project starts this Summer with the first phase completed in December 2018.
It's expected that 3,000 people will be employed at Navigation Square once it's fully occupied.
It's a further boost for the city and comes as traders eagerly await the arrival of projects such as the newly revamped Pairc Ui Chaoimh and the Events Centre.
