New Development Plan announced for Cork City

Funding needs to be secured for the five year plan.
Securing funding for Cork City Council's new five year development plan has been highlighted as priority.
The comments come from the Chief Executive of Cork Chamber, Conor Healy following the reveal of the project which is being described as a blue print for the city.
Some of the features included in the plans are eight pedestrian and traffic bridges across the river Lee, A Rapid Bus Transit System is in the pipeline between Ballincollig and Mahon while a riverside boardwalk.
