Cork mother Vera Twomey has been one of the leading campaigners lobbying for the legislation as her daughter suffers from a rare form of epilepsy which she claims is alleviated by CBD cannabis oil.
Speaking to RedFM News Vera is urging the Minister to get through any red tape as quickly as possible:
