New Pairc Ui Chaoimh Scores Well With Spectators After Opener

The highly anticipated venue opened it's doors to the public following 2 years of construction


The newly developed Pairc Ui Chaoimh hosted it's first match last night playing host to Valley Rovers and Blarney in a match that acted as a trial run of the new stadium.

This weekend the state of the art stadium will be host to the first major fixture with the All Ireland Hurling Quarter Finals getting underway.

Almost 11,000 people turned out to watch last night's opening game and the reaction to the new stadium was largely positive
