New Report from Daft.ie Shows House Prices Continue to Rise
House prices across the country are now rising by more than €50 euro a day.
The latest report from Daft.ie shows that the price of the average house in Cork county is now nearly €210,000 euro - 8.8% higher than this time last year.
However the report shows house prices remained static in the city over the past three months at 5%, which the same as this time last year.
Daft.ie Economist Ronan Lyons says even though it seems like this has become the norm, we shouldn't accept it:
