New Survey Highlights Commercial Vacancy Rates
Cork has a commercial vacancy rate of 11.5% That's according to a survey which examined commercial vacancy rates in 79 towns across the country. Ballybofey in Co. Donegal has the highest rate of 28.2% while Greystones in Co Wicklow has the lowest at 3.5%. Here in Cork, the report found that the commercial vacancy rates in Youghal stand at 17.8%, followed by Cobh at 15.7% and Cork City at 13.7%
