No Emergency Plan In Place For Rough Sleepers During Storm Brian

Homeless advocates say there's no emergency plan for rough sleepers during storm Brian.

The second storm in a week will hit later with winds of up to 130 kmph.

There's also a yellow rain warning in operation across Cork which will be stepped up to an orange alert tomorrow, but the Government hasn't provided any extra beds for rough sleepers.

On Monday in the wake of Storm Ophelia rough sleeper teams were out on the streets of Cork looking for homeless people in need of shelter;

Anthony Flynn from Inner City Helping Homelessness says there was no plan in place ahead of Ophelia and this is being mirrored again today
