Office Of The Information Commissioner Hits Out At Cork City Council's Handling of FOI request

The request related to the Tank Field site
The Office of the Information Commissioner has hit out at the Chief Executive of Cork City Council for what it describes as the "wholly unsatisfactory manner" in which the Council handled a Freedom of Information request relating to the Tank Field site.
In a letter and report seen by RedFM News relating to the Council's decision to refuse to grant access to the sporting lease, the Office of the Information Commissioner outlines the consideration that was given to pursuing the Chief Executive for obstruction of the Information Commissioner's duties.
