Organisers of todays demonstration against gender-based violence say it's essential for women's health and lives

The 'Reclaim the Streets' demonstration will take place from 4pm on Grand Parade in the City
It follows the murder of 33 year old Sarah Everard, whose body was found in Ashford in England a week after she was last seen on March 3rd.
Gardaí took the names and addresses of people attending a similar protest in Dublin on Tuesday and advised them they would be fined if they didn't disperse.
The organisers of this afternoon's protest have appealed for people to stay within their 5 kilometres and say they want to have a safe, socially distanced event.
Speaking to RedFM News, one of the organisers of today's protest Cllr Fiona Ryan says it's vital to highlight the concerns of women:
