Parents Called To Take Their Drunken Teens Home From An Underage Disco In Togher

St Finbarr's Hurling and Football Club say they have a zero tolerance policy on alcohol at teenage events
Gardai responded to a teenage disco in Togher on Tuesday night after a number of teens turned up drunk to the event.
The disco, which was organised by the Hope Foundation for TY students, was held at St Finbarr's Hurling and Football Club in Togher and the guards were called after one of the teens set off a fire extinguisher
The club has a zero tolerance policy in relation to alcohol at underage discos and say there were nine security staff on duty on the night
Parents of up to ten teenagers were called to come and take their children home while the Irish Examiner reports that three teens were removed by Gardai.
Speaking to RedFM News Mick Comyns, PRO for the club, who was present on the night, praised the swift action of the security staff
