"Pay It Or Move Out"
That's what almost 80% of UCC students surveyed were told when informed that their rents were increasing in the last year.
Concern has been expressed by the UCC Students Union that some landlords are hiking rents for students here in Cork without going through the proper channels and giving proper notice.
Speaking to RedFM News Kelly Coyle of the UCC Students Union says they carried out resarch which shows that students aren't being treated properly:
